A generalist. I bring the math from wings to software, six years of shipping, and now a company of my own. I build, I sell, and I share the journey in public.

Mini, my tiny version. Click her.

Same math. A reel I made, drawn in code.

Organised traditional sittnings. Logistics, stakeholders and on-ground ops, end to end.

Scrollback is a small app for learning together. A group picks a topic, everyone puts in 20 minutes a day, logs a one-line note, and keeps each other going.

Right now I am running a 10-person cohort on AI basics. We end up having some interesting conversations in that group. The next cohort can be on anything.

I experiment a lot, out in the open, on all kinds of things. Right now most of that energy goes into one question: how to get distribution sorted.

Get better at building with AI, while you build. A second perspective inside Claude Code and Codex.

BuyerBox

Building

Sorts every Instagram DM and comment for small shops: ready to buy, asking, needs help, spam.

Buyer Radar

Building

Finds people who have your problem right now across X, Reddit, HN and LinkedIn, then lines up your first five customer interviews.

Scheduling for multi-doctor dental clinics. Kills the WhatsApp-to-Excel retype.

A Search Console for AI agent platforms: how ChatGPT and Claude see your plugin, from its own traffic.

Building

For a brand’s category, which app do AI assistants actually pick: yours, a competitor’s, or none?

Money, friends and a little less awkwardness. Name coming soon.

At summer camps as a kid, the drawing competitions had one rule: you got an hour with the subject, then it was gone. I would study a cow for the full hour, walk back, and draw it from memory, complicated and realistic. I won prizes for it.

That kid is still my proof. Whenever something new looks out of reach, I tell myself: I did that, so I can do this. It is how I went from wings to software to founding a company, and why I pick up whatever comes next the same week it lands.

NJPX is the alter ego I switch on when doubt shows up. She acts before she is ready, ships before it is perfect, and improves every single day. Kobe had the Black Mamba. I have her.

Ship small, ship daily.

Momentum beats perfection. Production is the only honest test environment.

Compute where the data is born.

The edge is the default. The cloud is a deliberate choice.

AI where it delights, deterministic where it matters.

A dashboard people trust cannot hallucinate.

Boring core, sharp edges.

Reliability is a feature users can feel, even when they cannot name it.

I build in public. Wins, misses and the messy middle go out the same day.

Patch Notes by NJPX

What I shipped, what failed, and what I would do differently.

One email when something ships or breaks. No schedule, no filler.
